Aspiring red hair actor
I am a 13 year old aspiring red hair actor who dreams of one day performing on Broadway and then moving toward acting in motion films.
I am currently a theater major at one of the best art schools in Florida, Bak Middle School of the Arts (MSOA) in West Palm Beach. In October 2019, I had my first lead role as Young in the Lindsey Price play Shuddersome based on the poems by Edgar Allan Poe. The Bak MSOA theater troupe took this play to the International Thespian Society (ITS) district competition where we won the Critics Choice Award as well as a Superior Award. We will be competing at the State ITS festival in Orlando, Florida on February 8, 2020.
I began theater several years ago because of my passion to express myself on stage in front of an audience. This passion led me to take acting classes at a local art studio in Jupiter, Art Stage Performing Arts, and subsequently at Performing Arts Academy of Jupiter, where I had some of my first real on stage performances in front of audiences, albeit mostly friendly parents. Today, I continue to take various acting classes there and I particularly enjoy improv and musical theater. Both Art Stage and Performing Arts Academy were instrumental to my successfully auditioning for the respected theater program at Bak MSOA in 2018.
In addition to my training at Bak, since 2018 I have been training and performing at the award-winning Maltz Jupiter Theatre. My credits there include CATS, In the Heights, The Wizard of Oz Jr., and The Best of Broadway Revue. I enjoy training at the Maltz because of their intense professionalism and a fun, nurturing environment. I am currently in the cast of Music Man as Newspaper Salesman which will be opening in the Spring. Also, I am auditioning to become a member of The Maltz Youth Touring Company, which performs about 150 shows per year.
I am also a classically trained ballet dancer having performed in a number of productions by Paris Ballet and Dance of Jupiter under the direction of Jean-Hugues Feray, most recently in a lead role of The Prince in the Nutcracker (alongside my talented older brother, Sebastian Bondar, who performed the role of Cavalier).
I am easily recognized for my wavy, bright red hair. But I am told that most people remember me for my intensity and work ethic, which allows me to successfully attend to my numerous pursuits in life.
I look forward to the many opportunities and inevitable challenges that are inherent in the acting career I have chosen and to which I am committed.
